These Provider Job Acceptance Conditions and Professional Standards apply to all jobs accepted, assigned, performed, managed, or completed through Liztty / Taskbear Pty Ltd, including any related websites, applications, booking systems, communications, and payment systems.
By accepting a job through Liztty / Taskbear, the provider acknowledges and agrees to comply with:
Additional service-specific rules, customer instructions, safety requirements, manufacturer instructions, or platform directions may apply and form part of these Professional Standards.
Before accepting any work, providers must ensure that their profile, business details, and compliance information are complete, accurate, current, and not misleading.

Providers remain responsible for keeping all information accurate and up to date. Liztty may request documents or evidence at any time for verification, compliance, safety, quality assurance, or payment review purposes.
A provider must only accept a job if they:
If circumstances change after accepting a job, including illness, delay, safety concern, lack of equipment, access issue, licence issue, or inability to complete the work, the provider must notify Liztty promptly.
Providers must not accept work outside their legal authorisation, trade competence, insurance coverage, or professional capability.
Providers remain independently responsible for complying with all Australian laws, regulations, codes, and industry requirements applicable to their services.
This may include obligations relating to:
Providers remain solely responsible for maintaining their own compliance obligations. Use of Liztty / Taskbear does not transfer a provider's independent legal, trade, safety, insurance, tax, or licensing responsibilities to Liztty / Taskbear.
By accepting a job, the provider confirms that they:
Any work outside the approved scope must be reported and approved before proceeding. Providers must not pressure customers for additional payment outside the platform unless expressly authorised by Liztty.
All services performed through Liztty / Taskbear must be completed:
Providers must take reasonable steps to protect customer property, surrounding areas, floors, walls, furniture, equipment, personal belongings, vehicles, fixtures, fittings, and premises.
Providers must:
Providers must not contact customers for unrelated purposes, misuse customer information, bypass the platform, or engage in conduct that may harm customers, Liztty, Taskbear, or other providers.
Providers must not commence or continue work where the job, site, product, equipment, instructions, access conditions, or customer request is unsafe, unlawful, outside scope, outside the provider's capability, or likely to cause damage or injury.
If unsafe conditions arise, the provider must:
Providers must not take shortcuts, ignore manufacturer instructions, bypass safety requirements, or complete work in a way that creates risk to the customer, provider, public, property, or Liztty / Taskbear.
The provider assigned to a job is responsible for the quality, safety, completion, and professional standard of the work they perform.
Where a provider causes damage, performs work unsafely, completes work incorrectly, fails to complete the approved scope, leaves the job in an unacceptable condition, or creates any issue requiring rectification, the assigned provider must, where reasonably required by Liztty:
Liztty may withhold, delay, reduce, offset, or recover payments where reasonably necessary to investigate, rectify, resolve, or recover costs arising from damage, unsafe work, incomplete work, customer complaints, defective performance, missing evidence, or breach of these Professional Standards.
This clause does not apply where the issue was caused solely by:
The provider must notify Liztty immediately if they believe any damage, defect, unsafe condition, missing parts, poor product quality, or incomplete instruction may affect the job outcome.
Work must be completed to an acceptable professional standard before being marked as complete.
Where required, providers must submit:
Failure to provide required completion evidence may delay payment approval or result in payment review.
Providers remain responsible for maintaining all licences, registrations, insurance policies, qualifications, permits, and legal operating requirements applicable to their services.
Liztty may request supporting documents at any time. Failure to provide or maintain required compliance documentation may result in:
Providers must not represent that they hold a licence, insurance policy, qualification, registration, or approval unless it is current, valid, and applicable to the work being performed.
Payment processing, service charges, commissions, invoicing requirements, payout procedures, deductions, refunds, and payment holds are governed by Liztty Payment Terms.
Providers must submit invoices, completion evidence, and supporting documents within the required timeframe.
Late, incorrect, incomplete, or misleading documentation may result in delayed payment, payment adjustment, or payment review. Liztty may delay or review payment where there is a customer complaint, damage report, safety concern, incomplete job, missing evidence, suspected misconduct, or breach of these Professional Standards.
Liztty may collect and review customer ratings, reviews, complaints, completion evidence, provider performance data, and communication records to maintain platform quality, safety, trust, and service standards. Repeated complaints, poor workmanship, unsafe conduct, late attendance, cancellations, incomplete jobs, unprofessional communication, or failure to follow platform processes may result in reduced job access, account review, suspension, or removal.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, providers operate as independent providers and remain responsible for their own:
Nothing in these Professional Standards creates an employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, agency relationship, or guarantee of ongoing work between the provider and Liztty / Taskbear, unless expressly agreed in writing.
If a provider breaches these Professional Standards, Liztty may take reasonable action, including:
By accepting, attending, commencing, or completing any job through Liztty / Taskbear, the provider confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Professional Standards and any applicable service-specific requirements.
These standards may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform or acceptance of work after updates means the provider agrees to the updated standards.
